What a Bicycle Service Includes

Every service starts with a mechanical inspection so we can review the bicycle’s condition before any work begins. This helps separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance and keeps the next steps clear.

Common servicing includes a standard tune-up, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and a bicycle safety inspection. The exact scope depends on the bike’s condition and what the inspection shows.

Clear inspection first, then approved work only.

Our workshop follows a practical process for everyday bicycles, family bikes, and leisure rides.

If extra work is needed, we confirm the scope before proceeding. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price are checked, and availability can affect the schedule.

After the repair and adjustment stage, we complete a quality check and prepare a simple service summary for collection. This gives you a clear record of the completed work and any notes about drivetrain condition or other findings.
